Editorial policy:

Вulletin of the Кaraganda University, Рedagogy series is peer-reviewed, ssued since 1996.

ISSN 2518-7937 (Print). ISSN 2663-516Х (Online).

The purpose of the journal is to highlight current problems in the field of pedagogical science and language education; providing the academic community with the opportunity to exchange scientific information; integration of Kazakh scientists into the international scientific community; improving the quality of scientific research, following the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for scientific publications, corresponding to international standards research.


- To provide the authors with quality editorial and publishing services, including review services;
- To create a scientific platform for scientists from different countries;
- To provide the authors with the possibility of establishing scientific ties with foreign scientists in order to create collaborations and develop scientific knowledge;
- Involvement the authoritative authors who are specialists in the field of pedagogical sciences and language education;
- Increasing the freedom of information of the journal in Kazakhstan and abroad;
- The international market promotion of the journal

Review Process

Every manuscript we receive is first evaluated by our editors. Studies that are not original, outside of the scope, consist of major scientific mistakes, or poorly written are rejected with no further consideration. The authors of such studies receive an email within 4 weeks after the submission with the details of rejection. Other manuscripts are sent to reviewers. Two reviewers with the expertise in the subject area evaluate the studies in four weeks. The authors have to reply the reviewers’ comments in four weeks. All manuscripts submitted to The Journal are double-blind reviewed.

Double Blind Review Method

The Journal uses the double-blind review method in the review process of all studies. Double-blind review the identity of the reviewers and the authors are not disclosed to either party. In this method the identities of the authors and reviewers are confidential.

Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy

The Journal follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines with respect to handing ethical issues, including misconduct and retractions. According to The Journal policy, every manuscript has to be checked by plagiarism checker software, either www.strikeplagiarism.com. The plagiarism reports produced by the software are to be uploaded to our system along with the manuscript. Editors make the final decision according to the plagiarism reports. All the responsibility of the manuscripts regarding to ethical issues belong to authors.
